5. Responsibilities:
- Provide product training and application support to direct customers.
- Manage and work with the East application team, sales team, distributors, and customers across the region.
- Conduct demos, pre-sale activities, seminars, and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers with a high level of integrity, accountability, and dependability.
6. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in General Sciences, Microbiology, Medical Lab Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Relevant experience.
- Experience with handling IVD instruments like hematology cell counters, coagulation systems, clinical chemistry analyzers, and urine analysis systems is preferred and an added advantage.
- Must have good time management and organizational skills with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong people skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Good computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
