About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic and ambitious individuals to kick-start their careers in the field of engineering. As part of the Engineering Department, you will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects that contribute to the advancement of our organization and the pharmaceutical industry as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist to develop and optimize fermentation processes for the production of biopharmaceutical products.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve yield, efficiency, and quality of fermentation processes.
• Handle 50KL to 150 KL fermenters and other bioreactor operations, including fed-batch, continuous, and perfusion systems.
• Work with various microbial strains, ensuring optimal growth conditions and productivity.
• Optimize processes according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including downstream processing, analytical development, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports, data summaries, protocols, and SOPs.

Requirements:
• Strong academic background in Chemistry / biotechnology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
