1. Post - Bioinformatician 
2. Requirements - Master's/ Ph. D in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics or a Related Field.
Strong knowledge of genomics data formats and databases ( e. g. FASTQ, BAM, VCF, Ensembl , UCSC Genome Browser) 
Proficiency in Bioinformatics tools such GATK, BWA , STAR, SAM TOOLS AND OTHERS 
Experience with programming languages such as Python , R and or Perl for data analysis and pipeline development. 
3. Preferred Qualifications 
Experience with machine learning applications in genomics 
Knowledge of statistical Genetics, Pollution Genomics or Cancer Genomics 
Experience of working in clinical genomics or diagnostics is a plus
