8. Job Description- Key Responsibilities 
  • To validate and conduct tests including but not limited to Sterility test, Endotoxin test, Bioburden test, different types of Validation for Reusable Medical Devices as per ISO Standards. 
  • Planning, evaluating, and implementing lab procedures and systems. 
  •  Hand on experience of preparation of extracts, Biological evaluation of medical devices as per ISO guidelines.                                                            
  • Handling and maintaining different types of bacterial strains required for the analysis / studies. 
  • Maintain chemicals and consumable stocks required for routine activities in the laboratory.                                                                             
  • Planning and execution of day-to-day activity in the laboratory.                                                         
  • Preparation of required SOPs, Protocols / plan and Report templates for different types of analysis.                                                                       
  • Responsible for installation and validation of instruments required for different Analysis.                        
  • Maintaining Instrument Records and logbooks as per Quality Policies.                                                                            
  • Working in Clean Room and its maintenance for day today activity                                                                                    
  • Any other responsibilities as per management decision.  
9. Additional Skills- 

5-10 years experienced microbiologist in reputed Laboratory. 

Good understanding of ISO 17025, USP, ANSI/AAMI Guidelines 

Highly goal oriented, Strong scientific background and Excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication, Data analysis and Interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
