Qualifications and Experience-

Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma).
3-5 years of relevant experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical or related industry.

Location: Ipca Laboratories Limited, Gandhidham (Gujrat).

Job Type: Full-Time.

Education Required: B.Sc. or B. Pharma.

Job Description: 
As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that products comply with internal and external quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes and products.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in quality-related issues.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics to management.
  • Mentor and train junior quality control personnel on best practices and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and advancements to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using various quality control instruments.
  • Perform instrument calibration and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop, validate, and execute testing methods to assess product quality.
  • Analyze test results and document findings, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Stay updated with advancements in quality control instruments and validation techniques.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Perform testing and analysis using a variety of quality control instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, etc.).
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, including any findings and recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance on the use of quality control instruments to junior staff.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and advancements related to quality control and instrumentation.
