Job Description:
As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that products comply with internal and external quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes and products.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics to management.
- Mentor and train junior quality control personnel on best practices and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and advancements to ensure compliance.
- Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using various quality control instruments.
- Perform instrument calibration and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop, validate, and execute testing methods to assess product quality.
- Analyze test results and document findings, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Stay updated with advancements in quality control instruments and validation techniques.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Perform testing and analysis using a variety of quality control instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, etc.).
