1. Position- Food Safety Executive
2.Company - Notions Group
3..Qualification Required- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in the Food Industry, with a preferred specialization in Microbiology, Food Safety, Quality Systems Management or a related field.
4. Key Responsibilities-
a. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive Food Safety Programs within the company.
b. Lead the effective applications of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMPs) , Good Hygiene Practices ( GHP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point ( HACCP) program in the factory.
c. Ensure full compliance with external standards such as IFS and take necessary measures to protect consumers including halting production when necessary.
d. Determine and implement plant specific food safety training programs.
e. Validate processes and procedures to ensure Food safety( OPRP, CPP and Micro Verification etc)
f. Develop and implement a robust microbiological and environmental Monitoring program and appropriate sampling plans .
g. Analyst monitoring results and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions for deviations.
h. Conducts risk assessment and manage the validation of production testing and raw material usag form
i. Reports on site performance in quality and Food Safety areas involving key stakeholders across operations , engineering, R and D to manage changes .
j. Manage incidents and non conformaties (NC) related to Food Safety, coordinating responses and corrective actions.
k. Lead the Food defense team and oversee the operation of the Quality Management systems ( QMS ) including internal audits , continuous improvement and documentation.
l. Investigate customer and consumer complaints related to Food Safety, ensuring Swift and effective resolution.
