3. Key Responsibilities- 
a. Conducts study specific in process and retrospective audits of Bioanalytical projects. 
b. Prepare audit reports ,  follow up on corrective / Preventive actions and issue audit certificates. 
c. Release subject concentration data to the PB department for further analysis. 
d.  Review qualification documents, calibration records and oversee periodic internal audits. 
e. Ensure compliance with the master calibration calender and review reports / raw data as needed .
f. Prepare and review Quality Assurance SOPs and assist in reviewing SOPs in orher Departments.
g. Submit QA documents for Archival and assist in external audits by sponsors, clients and regulatory bodies.
h. Manage form issue and document control
