c. Perform regular inspections and sensory evaluations of Semi Finished Goods ( SFG)  stock to ensure quality. 
d. Conducts online sensory evaluation of products during production to ensure consistency and quality. 
e. Assist and monitor activities on shop floor ensuring adherence to production processes and quality standards. 
f. Conducts commercial trials for new products launches and revisions to existing recipes.
g. Communicate and document any deviation in product quality or processes as required.
