Post Name- Research Scientist/Sr. Research Scientist in Cell and Molecular Biology

Educational Qualification- Ph. d. / M. Sc. in Biology or related field.

Experience- 4+ years of experience in drug discovery or CRO.

1. Candidate should be proficient in experiments with 

  • rodent models and pharmacological assays, 
  • protein quantification and 
  • signal transduction studies.

2.  Master Cell based assays( viability,proliferation, cytotoxicity, reporter gene assays) and utilize flow cytometry for cell sorting and analysis.

3. Apply techniques such as 

  • qPCR, 
  • western blotting, 
  • ELISA, 
  • CRISPR/Cas9,
  •  RNA interference and 
  • immunofluorescence.
4. Analyse experimental data with statistical methods and detailed reports.
