1. Filling 

a. Position- Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer

Qualification- B. Sc. /Diploma( Mechanical)/ITI

Experience- 2 to 6 Years

Required Skills

  • Operation of vial filling and PFS filling.
  • Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized.
  • Compounding, aseptic filtration process.
  • Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)
  • Exposure to Regulatory Audits.

b. Position- Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification- M. Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy

Experiecne- 4 to 8 Years 

Required Slkills-

  • Experience of vial filling, PFS filling and sealing washing machine.
  • Plan, prepare and execute as per the filling schedule.
  • Manpower planning,handling and utilization
  • CIP,SIP of  Mixing vessels and filling machines.
  • Involved in IQ,PQ, and RQ of autoclave, vial filling line and lyophilizer.

2. QC Microbiology

a. Position- Jr. Officer/ Officr

Qualification- B. Sc. 

Experience- 1 to 3 Years

Required Skills- Operator 

  • Autoclave Operating
  • Aseptic Area cleaning
  • Preparation and  filtration of Disinfectant .

b. Position- Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification- M. Sc. ( Microbiology/ Biotechnology)

Experience- 1 to 6 Years.

Required Skills- Environmental  Monitoring (Analyst)

  • Environmental Monitoring in aseptic areas
  • Water sampling, utility monitoring
  • Trend preparation
  • willing to work in shifts

Testing Team 

  • Culture Handling
  • Bacterial Endotoxin Test
  • Sterility Testing
  • Microbial Method Sutaibility (Sterility and BET)
  • Container Closure Integrity Test
  • Microbial Limit Testing
  • Water Testing
  • Media Preparation and Sterilization
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Willing to work in shifts.
