1. Department- R and D- Biotechnology  ( Cell Line Development)

Qualification- M. Sc. / M. Tech/ Ph. D. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Experience- 4 to 8 Years.

Brief Job Description-  

1. Hands on work experience of in mammalian cell culture /microbial cell culture and Molecular Biology areas. 

 Hands on experience on generation of stable cell lines for mAB / therapeutic protein production is required.

2. Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch study, Cell Bank preparation and characterization is preferred.

3. Well versed with molecular biology techniques including vector preparation ,characterization, cloning etc.

4. Candidate is expected to work as per SOP, design experiments /trouble shoot any arising problems. To maintain proper experimental documentation records in ELN specific formats.

 

2.  Department- R and D- Biotechnology(IPQC)

Qualification- M. Sc. / M. Tech/ Ph. D. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Experience- 2 to 5 Years.

Brief Job Description-  

  1. To design an implement integrated strategies, linking appropriate analytical tools, to perform a qualitative and quantitative assessment of product related variants and impurities .

  2. Develop and qualify HPLC based methods such as RP-HPLC, SEC- HPLC, CEX HPLC for in process sample analysis.

  3. Responsible for designing advance work flows to measure and characteriz process related impurities at different stages of product development such as host cell protein (HCPs) ,  Host Cell DNA (HCD)  and leachable.

     

    3. Department-  R and D- Biotechnology (Protein Characterization)

    Qualification- M. Sc. / M. Tech/ Ph. D. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

    Experience- 2 to 8 Years.

    Brief Job Description-  

    1. Develop and qualify HPLC /CE/CD based methods for protein and peptide products characterization.

    2.  Preparation and review of method development reports( MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATPs).

    3.  Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance  with GLP  regulations.

    4. To manage Chemicals ,consumables and Critical agents inventory. Performs calibration of instruments and equipments. Troubleshoots instrument performance and equipment issues.
