Required Microbiology Technician

Full Job Description

Location: Andheri West, 4 Bunglow Mumbai

Qualification: BSC+MSC in Microbiology

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

JOB PURPOSE:

· To work in the organization under the guidance provided & to follow good laboratory practices.

· To use the opportunity towards enhancing knowledge & laboratory techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Receiving and processing of specimens including quality control specimens.

· Interpretations & reporting of result as deemed necessary.

· Checking and printing of reports and dispatching reports to report Dispatch area.

· Archiving and discard of specimen as per protocol.

· Participates in Environmental Surveillance and activities related to Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Program like notification of communicable disease, Preparing antibiogram and others.

Please note, Masters degree in Microbiology is mandatory. Interested & Relevant experience candidates can apply for the position
