Required Biotechnology candidtae for Agri-Biotech Operations

 Position: Lead – Biotechnology
Qualification: Ph.D. (Biotechnology)
Experience: 10+ yrs of experience in Agri-Biotech operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
-DNA based testing for genetic purity analysis; such as PCR, RT-PCR for targets crops, SNP analysis for Breeding and trait development purpose.
-Validation exercises and Proficiency tests for new / ongoing projects for authenticity of the Lab tests, DNA fingerprint profiles for various hybrids for Govt. requirements
-ELISA qualitative and quantitative for GM traits.
-Quality management support involving Lab Process Initiation, harmonization, improvements, Lab records, and equipment calibrations based on directives of the company.
-Audits, appropriate root cause analysis and rectifications were well executed for overall Lab effectiveness.
-Lab budget (CAPEX and OPEX) management, effective Equipment, and Inventory utilization.
-Third party Research collaboration with private or Govt. institutes, GMO Regulatory needs, Stewardship support, Safety & Compliance management
-Actively involvement in global research meetings and enhanced the Lab Potential to the best extent.

-Data Analytics
